Crash Reporting and Diagnostics
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to help us monitor, diagnose, and improve the stability and performance of the Application. When the Application crashes or behaves unexpectedly, Firebase Crashlytics collects certain technical data about the device and the event, which may include information such as:
Device type and operating system version;
App version and runtime environment;
Crash logs and stack traces;
Timestamp and state of the app at the time of crash; and
Unique identifiers (such as device instance ID or Firebase installation ID).
This information helps us identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve the overall quality of the Application. The data collected through Crashlytics does not include personal identifiers like your name or email address, but may be considered Personal Information under some privacy laws due to its association with your device or session.
The information collected by Firebase Crashlytics is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and handled in accordance with their Firebase Terms of Service. We do not use Firebase Crashlytics to track your behavior across applications or for marketing purposes. Crashlytics does collect or derive certain attributes, described here.
If you wish to limit the crash reporting functionality, you may be able to do so through your device settings or by disabling analytics and crash diagnostics in the Application (if such controls are made available).
Cloud Storage
The Application uses Cloud Storage for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to host and deliver certain downloadable components—such as language models or functionality modules—directly to your device. When the Application accesses Cloud Storage for Firebase to download these resources, Google may receive limited technical information, such as an anonymous Firebase installation ID, device metadata, and request logs.
This information is used by Google to facilitate secure and efficient file delivery and to manage access, caching, and download optimization. We do not associate Firebase installation IDs with your personal identity, and we do not store or access the content of your Firebase Storage interactions beyond what is necessary to enable the download.
The use of Cloud Storage for Firebase is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and handled in accordance with their Firebase Terms of Service. We do not use Cloud Storage for Firebase for advertising or behavioral profiling, and no personally identifiable information is transmitted by us to Google in connection with this service.
Payment Processing
If you access Paid Features of the Application through an Android device, purchases of Paid Features or subscription services are processed through Google Play's billing system. When you initiate a purchase, the transaction is handled directly by Google, and we do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment information, such as your credit card number or billing address.
Google may collect and process certain personal data in connection with the transaction, such as your Google account ID, device identifiers, purchase history, and location information, in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the Google Play Privacy Notice and Google Play Terms of Service to understand how your data is handled when making purchases through the Google Play Store.
We may receive limited information from Google related to your transaction, such as confirmation of payment, subscription status, or cancellation. This information is used solely to manage your access to paid features and ensure proper account functionality.
Third-Party Use of Cookies
Some content or services on the Platform are served by third parties, such as Third-Party Content. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you access or use our Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information, and/or they may collect information related to your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. You can opt out of accepting cookies (or browser cookies) by activating the appropriate settings on your browser or setting your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. For more information about how to opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page and Google Ads settings page.
Website Analytics. We use website analytics that track and report website traffic on our Site but not our Application (“Website Analytics”). Website Analytics collects information about how our Site performs and how our users navigate through and use the Site, so we can improve our Site performance. We use Website Analytics as a third-party tracking service, but we don’t use it to track you individually or collect your Personal Information.
Website Analytics may gather certain non-personally identifying information over time, such as your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, timestamp, and similar data about your Site use. We do not link this information to any of your Personal Information, such as your account name or email address.
You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your web browser. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics.
